Guest guest
Remind me -- what have you got to lose? The funny thing is the number of people who start it for one thing and are pleased with a whole different improvement. Like my Mom, who takes it for Crohn's but is most excited by her reduction of lactose intolerance. We had no idea that would happen. And my friend, who took it for depression and it cured her long standing cystic acne. My husband took it to be in solidarity with me. As a side note, he no longer brings home colds and flu from his travels. I started it for MS, but it also helped me to lose 42 pounds in a year. One pound a week is a healthy loss. The fact that I was already on it when I was diagnosed with uterine cancer (which obviously predated my use of LDN) gave me confidence that I would not show any spreading of the cancer outside the uterus. Will it stop your nausea? Don't know. Will it do you harm? Nope. Is it worth a try? My opinion is always, Yes. Cheap, easy, safe. I have been searching for an answer to my illness for 2.5 years to no avail. I have been following this group for some time but have never actually tried LDN as I don't believe it can help me, but maybe some of you here know differently, if so I would be very pleased to hear from you. >

Guest guest
Have you been tested for anything? What are your other symptoms? Do you have other gastro issues, air hunger, pain? Temporarily, a compounded phenergrin rx helped me TREMENDOUSLY until and while I dealt with the cause. ~Mimi www.iammimi.com
Guest guest
Well Dr. Steve, why don't you think it will not help you? LOL Rather than procrastinating, why don't you try LDN and then you will know. To the best of my knowledge, it has not killed anyone, or done harm, I mean splurge, spend fifty dollars with an India pharmacy, go for it. Or go to an emergency clinic and most likely get a script for forty bux. Have you tried probiotics, betaine HCL, enzymes, ozone, silver, DMSO? It would help to know more of your background. . thanks Steve, and welcome to LDN. stay vertical, david a lubbock tx [low dose naltrexone] Does anyone know if LDN is effective for chronic nausea?
