Guest guest
Hi I'm wondering if anyone has tried twice a day dosing for Multiple Sclerosis? I have been back on LDN for 5 months now. The first time was a couple years ago for 4 months but I had to change neuros due to insurance requirements and the new one would not prescribe. So anyway, I found out I could get it online without a script and started again in Oct. For the first month I had steady improvements and improvements since in less noticeable areas. I have now pretty much leveled off and begun having to take caffine supplements such as 5 hour energy and slim quick to live the life of mom to 4 kids. Dont get me wrong, now that Im back on it I dont live every single day like a walking zombie all day its just that I started becoming a walking zombie around 5pm almost every day. This started in the last few weeks. I dont believe it is a relapse, I just wonder if it is possible to start taking it more than once a day. Does anyone know? Guest guest
Hi , I'm glad you've managed to get back on the LDN. I know that you can take it in the mornings too. What time are you taking it? If your an evening person like me, the change it for the mornings and see if that helps! Also there's a vitamin therapy that Dr. Lawrence recommends! They will help with your energy levels. It's not expensive either it's roughly £128 for the year from Zipvits.com. I'm waiting for mine to arrive! Take care, (busy Mum of 4 also)

Hi Zahavi, I am taking this as saying that if you are a night person rather than a morning person than it could be that you are suffering from adrenal fatigue? I have been a night owl all my life, I have always hated mornings, I could work late into the night, but could not face getting up early for work, the idea horrified me. I did live with a lot of stress for maybe 10 years before the stroke, do you think that is the reason that I was a night person then? Even now, although I am always tired, if I do not have to do anything physically active, or, maybe that I do not have to do well, whilst being physically active, I am often more wide awake at 11.00pm than 11.00am. I do not remember a time when I woke in the morning feeling rested, it has been more than 14 years since such a time. For probably the 15 years, before the stroke, I always skipped breakfast and gradually ate more during the day, so I figured that the extra energy at night was because, by then, the food that I had eaten latest had begun to take effect, whereas, in the morning, I had not eaten since maybe 10.00 the night before, and did not really have anything substantial to eat till more than 12 hours later, so I was running on empty in the morning. Now, though, I eat normally during the day, but food does not provide me with energy, so, it may be that old neurological habits die hard. You say you have been on Cortisol for 3 years, does that not put weight on? Maree Melbourne, AUSTRALIA
Guest guest
Maybe a little tummy fat... I'm on a low dose, which we worked to discover in conjunction with the *right amount* of natural thyroid meds based on T3/T4 and NOT TSH, which took 20 years for western MDs to get right. After doing the HCG Diet I have no issues with weight. <<You say you have been on Cortisol for 3 years, does that not put weight on?
Guest guest
my childhood was described by a therapist as a 'prison camp' - torturous punishments and all... I lived on the nervous edge for 18 years never knowing what was coming next, so I'm pretty sure that's what did my adrenals in. <<<Re: I raised my dosage from 4.5 mg >>>I too, was a night person most of my life and I think my adrenals >>>have been screwed up most of my life.
