How long should I give LDN a shot (have taken it 1 night).

My rhumetologist wants me to take Plaquenil which I think has a complete

opposite strategy.

Should I expect improvement from LDN in a few days, one weel, how long? I

work every day. I can't afford to go into a major slump like some describe and

still do my job.
