Tramadol Withdrawals

There are various ways, but this is the one that I used. I cut my dose by 1/4 for the first week then another 1/4 the second week and another 1/4 the third week, then off. Meanwhile my doctor suggested that I use a Tylenol/Advil combo. I would take a dose of one, then depending on my pain level take the other 2 to 4 hours later. They are two separate drugs and work differently so they can be taken together. I was surprised to find that as I decreased my Tramadol, I actually had less pain and didn’t need to take the Tylenol/Advil as often. Anyway this is what my doctor recommended and it is always a good idea to contact your own physician to see what he/she recommends.
