Liquid LDN solution: to shake or not to shake?

I've seen conflicting instructions on how to take the liquid LDN solution.

Some say that once the tablet has been dissolved, you let the " trash " settle to

the bottom, and just draw up the clear solution.

Some say that you shake the solution right before drawing up, so that you have

some of the " trash " in your dose.

Please tell me what is the right way to do this:)

BTW, I've been on LDN for Crohn's for about 6 weeks: 1.5 mg for 2 weeks, 2.25 mg

for 2 weeks, and now 3 mg for 2 weeks. I was ok when I started, but have gotten

into a flare since starting LDN
