My husband takes LDN, basically for shingles outbreaks 1-3 times a year. Other

than that he's in perfect health.

He reported that his stamina and get-up-and-go fairly doubled after a few months

on LDN.

He can work all weekend remodeling and does not take a full 5 days to recover

like he did before LDN. He says he feels back to normal by Tuesday.
