Guest guest
Interesting! I was a " night " person for many years and I have bad adrenals. I start to rev up and get warm around 9 pm. Mornings did not exist for me prior to LDN; I would sleep till 11-12 and wake up fatigued. I am a LOT better with mornings since I started LDN!!! I have been also been on Cortisol for 3 years. I still rev up a bit at 9 p.m., but not as much as before. I get up naturally at 8-9 a.m. feeling rested. dk <<Evening person is adrenal fatigue.you can check also estrogen <<dominance. Hi Zahavi, I am taking this as saying that if you are a night person rather than a morning person than it could be that you are suffering from adrenal fatigue? I have been a night owl all my life, I have always hated mornings, I could work late into the night, but could not face getting up early for work, the idea horrified me. I did live with a lot of stress for maybe 10 years before the stroke, do you think that is the reason that I was a night person then? Even now, although I am always tired, if I do not have to do anything physically active, or, maybe that I do not have to do well, whilst being physically active, I am often more wide awake at 11.00pm than 11.00am.
