Guest guest
Well, whatever the 6 pills he is taking, we all KNOW they aren't Hiv meds, he would be a dead man. I found this info on him, he's very protective on his regimen. http://www.time.com/time/magazine/archive/1996/dom/960212/cover.html Citing doctor-patient confidentiality, Dr. Mellman will not discuss 's treatment or current condition. But in an interview with TIME last week, acknowledged that he has in the past taken AZT, the antiviral drug typically administered when a person's helper T-cell count drops to 500. (See following story.) said that he is no longer taking AZT and that his T-cell count is above 500, " but I don't tell exactly what it is because then I'll have everybody talking about it. " His health, he says, " has been wonderful. My doctor told me to watch out for things like deteriorating skills. Nothing so far. " 's added weight is due not to drug treatments, as some have speculated, but to a healthier diet and to muscle mass from his regular exercise sessions. Sorry guys, recently I told you that I had read an article where Magic said that he is handling his health with diet and exercise. However I guess he was on Donahue and said that he takes six pills a day. He never said what they were really but I think the assumption is they were protease inhibitors. However, as we've discussed, even mainstream doctors say that he could not be taking PI's and look like that. What to believe, what to believe... Anyway, thought I'd throw you this update. Sorry about that. I was quoting my local newspaper... Stupid media... *kicks media* Caer
Guest guest
Yes, a few years ago I took 10 days of diflucan and the mental fog literally lifted away. It was an unexpected response, but of course, I was delighted! Guest guest
Awhile back, someone sent a published article about a German LLMD who had Lyme himself I believe, & had unexpected but successful results as a result of Diflucan. He used it to treat patients for yeast after they had taken antibiotics due to Lyme. He found that the patients improved! The question, was it the yeast problem too or did the Diflucan actually treat the Lyme? He began to take the Diflucan himself & use it to treat his Lyme patients too. Maybe that sheds a little light on why it helped? Jeannie cagirllostinky <ccertain@...> wrote: Yes, a few years ago I took 10 days of diflucan and the mental fog literally lifted away. Guest guest
Cheryl What dosage did you take? Or, what is the normal dosage? I have had really bad brain fog. It was getting somewhat better when I was on the IV Cef, but now that the IV is out my brain fog is getting really bad again. I see my LLMD Friday and would like to run this by her. Thank you Jaye cagirllostinky <ccertain@...> wrote: Yes, a few years ago I took 10 days of diflucan and the mental fog literally lifted away. Guest guest
At that time it was one Diflucan for 10 days. My husband had some brain fog issues a few years later and we asked his doctor to try it on my husband and it didn't work for him. Also, my LLMD prescribed a month of Diflucan, 2 pills a day when I was having some yeast issues (about 4 months ago). I always feel good on the Diflucan. I'm not sure if it is killing lyme and it's buddies or if it causes these same bugs to go into hiding (cyst form). Google " Dr. Klinghart, Diflucan " and I'm pretty sure you'll find an article of how he uses it as a lyme treatment. You can discuss this with your doctor. Hope this helps. Guest guest
Hi Cheryl Thank you for the info. I'll Google and read more. I had my doctors app't already today, but this will give me time to read more on it and talk to her the next app't. I need to do something since being off the IV my brain fog has gone back to before going on it. She told me today it is because my whole body is inflammed and wants me to try Lyrica to reduce the inflamation. Hopefully this works. Thank you again.
