Rayburn felt dizzy, bloated and exhausted. Wynn Avocette suffered migraines and body aches. Meade's 4-year-old daughter had constipation and threw temper tantrums.

All three tested negative for celiac disease, a severe intolerance to gluten, a protein found in wheat and other grains. But after their doctors ruled out other causes, all three adults did their own research and cut gluten—and saw the symptoms subside.

How long does it take to see if symptoms are going to subside after cutting gluten out of one's diet?

I went gluten-free for 2-3 wks, but did not see any improvement.

Thanks,

Annette

It takes 6 months to clear ones system of gluten....and that's only if you are

truly gluten free. Gluten is in ALL grains, not just wheat, barley, rye & oats

(contamination) as is often reported. You may begin to see incremental

improvements in 2-4 weeks.

Only true gluten test in genetic testing. Blood tests, etc are worthless.
