has anyone tried lactulosa or polysilane gel?

Years back I used to have pseudo bowel blockages. They have subsided until this

week I am having inflammation and a pseudo bowel blockage. Lactulosa and

Polysilane dimethicone gel are both very gentle bowel movers. If I don't throw

up we might have a winner. It is funny what you forget then all of a sudden you

remember.
