Guest guest
CS, I wood think you will try some digestive aids, it seems to me, if your digestive tract is missing suffiecient hydrocholoric acid, enzymes, probiotic, bacteria to help you digest your food, then all kinds of problems are going to arise. When food passes into the small intestines, from the stomach, and food if not properly digesting, our immune system gets envolved and thinks the food is something that should be attacked and destroyed. Possibly you are loaded up with yeast in your digestive tract, The small intestines are in the middle of a battleground and gets attacked as well, becoming inflamed and the result is, they are not capable of functioning properly. As a result, we then have chron's, IBS, IBD. dependant on internal processes. Names are of no concern to your immune system, it thinks it is protecting you. So I would think, a two fold plan should be put in place, use LDN @ 4.5mgs nightly, to encourage a viable immune system, all the digestive help you can manage, find out what works, for you and of course what does not. A diary would be helpful. Experiement w/ betaine hcl, ALA, enzymes, probiotics- I like kefir. Perhaps yeast/candida has taken over your innards, and your immune system is attacking it. So avoid yeast sponsoring foods, carbo's etc. Lots of protein and vege's. When I began this regiment, I was surprized each day, at how much better I felt. I gradually weaned myself off of irritable foods, even oats were part of my problem. For whatever reason, my body loves potatoe bread. Kewl I can feed it that. Thusfar, about twelve hours after consuming something, I know if it was good for me, or not. I am a month to six weeks along, messed up and backslide a couple times, and I still got a lot of work to do. "get it done" take responsibility for what you eat, your digestive tract cannot talk or than make you uncomfortable, so you must think for it. stay vertical, david in lubbock tx [low dose naltrexone] New to group. What dosage LDN? I am new to this group. I have radiation colitis/enteritis. My symptoms are simular of a cross-section of Crohns' IBS, IBD. Could this drug be a Godsend to me? My main symptom is bloating and fermentation. Believe me I have been through a lot worse in the past and have had to take on the responsibility for my own health care. I do not take any medications for my intestinal/colon problems. I do not eat gluten or lactose products. What dosage LDN?
