Enclosed is a copy of our brochure. The title of our conference is: " Similarities and Paradoxes in Chronic Illnesses " . This conference is bringing together some of the top Lyme and CFIDS doctors to share the latest information on these diseases. Please see the brochure for the list of speakers and the agenda. The deadline to register is January 7th, but we will be accepting walk-in registrations on the day of the conference.
