Is LDN helpful in neuropathic pain

I was taking 4.5mg of LDN for almost a year. I started having issues that led

doctor to think I had celiac's, I am still testing for this. I have also been

told that I have neropathic and somatic pain, does LDN help with this at all? My

doctor ook me off the LDN when i started having symtoms of celiac's or chron's.
