Taking Probiotics with my LDN

Hi,

I am taking Primal Defense Ultra Probiotics and Jarrows at meal time. Jarrows

is specially coated so it will be releases in my Colon to kick some serious

Crohn/UC BUTT!!! Anyway, I was wondering if it would be OK to take my Primal

Defense along with my LDN before I go to bed. I am trying to work out the

schedule.

Either Crohn's in the COlon or Ulcerative Colits - at this point just kill it!!!

4.5 mg LDN today is day 8!!!

3.2 grams of Lialda
