I suggest you investigate the iodine protocol as well. I have found both

LDN and the iodine protocol to have made the difference in my

fibromyalgia/depression/hypothyroidism.

Cfs is viral problem,most of the time look at high doses

of vit c up to bowel tolerance and lately I have learnt about food grade

hydrogen peroxide to get more o2.

Is your brain fog there all the time?

Or does it come and go? If so it might be due to something you eat

and/or drink?

Are you gluten free?
