Make sure to also mention the caveat that you are not a medical professional.  And keep it in terms of it has helped you and others you know, it may not help them but they may want to consider it.  Offer resources and encourage them to do their own research and make their own choices.  Make no promises you cannot.  And you should be fine.

you tell them this is what you’re on. I tell them my dad and bro are also on it. and they need to get a doctor’s script

I think you’re entitled to your opinion, you’re not selling anything to them or getting paid for sharing wise advice
