I'm 50 years old and have suddenly been striken with a terrible case of acne.

The only thing different in my life is the naltrexone. Anyone else have this

problem? S.

anything is possible once your body’s immune system is orchestrating closer to homeostasis.

I do get pimples here and there as an immune response to blocked pores. Maybe before LDN the body just couldn’t react and couldn’t care less. Welcome back to puberty

JMHO, I really don’t know

I have been on LDN for two weeks and did not get acne, but my eczema flared like

a raging fire on my arms and hands. I called Skip's pharmacy and they

recommended that I lower the dose to 1.5 as I was doing the 4.5 right from the

beginning and that was really ramping up my immune system.

It was really frustrating, but then I studied how LDN attacks yeast and fungus

in the gut and body and I had been on steroid cream and antibiotics so much,

that I knew that must be what was surfacing. Kind of like stirring up the bottom

of a swimming pool.

I stopped eating all grains, drinking lots of kombucha (probiotic drink) eating

raw coconut, green powder with grapefruit seed extract, wild harvested oregano

oil three times a day, free-range meats and raw milk.

I am also soaking my arms and hands in epsom salts, spraying wheatgrass on my

eczema, then rubbing pure coconut oil on them and wearing plastic gloves at

night. Today is the best day I've had in two weeks. I've launched a war on the

yeast in my body and feeling much better.

Try to read about the yeast cleanse and no gluten diet. Hope that you find some

answers, too. God bless...
