Dr Berksons work re LDN and B-cell lymphoma

I was wondering does anyone have a link to the full abstract of Dr Berksons work:- Reversal of signs and symptoms of a B-cell lymphoma in a patient using only low-dose naltrexone? It is listed on pubmed http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed but you have to pay for the full article so am hoping someone on this forum has got this.Reason I am asking is because I have received numerous enquiries why LDN hasn’t been trialled/studied for cancer and then came across this from the ldnscience site.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Jayne Crocker www.LDNNow.comImportant!
