Guest guest
Thanks, , for your reply. It's not my mind racing that is the problem though. I feel PHYSICALLY agitated, exactly like the effects of too much caffeine. Will this go away when my body adjusts, do you think? Also, my blood pressure increased by about 20/10 over what is usually a normal BP reading. I am worried that the BP effect will not go away and may be unhealthy. I am hoping these symptoms are just TEMPORARY. I'd really appreciate input from others who had strange symptoms when starting LDN and info as to how long the weird effects continued. Thanks, everyone, for being so helpful and supportive of us LDN newbies! Phyllis
Guest guest
Yes, I remember early on, having the same reaction. It even started to feel a bit nauseating, like taking vitamins on an empty stomach. My take on it? This is a good thing. I continue to be surprised that people don't want to feel anything when they take it. The rush of endorphins is great. It feels good to be feeling " something. " Wouldn't it be tragic if you didn't feel anything? Feeling up is a good thing. Just enjoy it and it will go away, in my experience as your body gets used to the flush of endorphins. You will be ok, I promise, Francie **************** I feel PHYSICALLY agitated, exactly like the effects of too much caffeine. Will this go away when my body adjusts, do you think? . . . . Guest guest
I had this too, for the first month, felt like I do if I take cold medicine more than caffeine. It went away for me. Also, my appetite was really compromised, but it's come back for the most part. On Tue, Mar 22, 2011 at 6:08 PM, FrancieS <francie@...> wrote: Yes, I remember early on, having the same reaction. Guest guest
I had a feeling of too much caffeine and all around sensory overload for 3 days. It was brutal. If my son touched my arm or hair it was overwhelming. I think my nervous system was on overload. It got progressively better until that side effect went away. Good luck, Mimi www.iammimi.com
