As far as I can tell, my doc sells it cheaper than i can find anywhere. bevkovitamins.com, search on lipoic acid, made from german ingredients and it is about $38 a bottle, but metabolic maintenance seems to be about $38 for 50 caps, where my doc's is for 90 caps
