Sorry to ask as I have seen the answers discussed on

the list, but I did not archive the emails...I have a friend just

starting LDN that needs to know about the 2 different 'kinds' of Alpha

Lipoic Acid....Can someome post the info again please, so that I may

forward it to my friend? Also, if anyone knows, is the ALA from

General Nutrition Center [ GNC ] OK????

Any details on the better ALA will be most welcome...as well as brands

to avoid and why...
