I would like to try LDN for myself. I live in los angeles. I presented it to my main doctor, and she refused to perscribe it. Since LDN from the internet usually costs less than insurance co-pay, having a

doctor prescribe it is not as important as having a doctor that you like, be

able to order your labs and tests that you feel comfortable with, or that you

think you might need. Many of us had to go it alone in the beginning, with just

this board for advice. Still, I had a doctor who was available for other things.

At some point, I realized that even if I had talked my doctor into prescribing

it, she would not have been any help in knowing what to expect, so getting it

cheaply, and dissolving it myself, worked just fine for me. The other advantage

was that my husband could take it with me. It is cheap enough, and improving

ones immune system should not really be confined to the chronically sick.
