Only compounding pharmacist make the actual caps. Do you mean how to make a smaller dose from a 50mg pill?

Where did you get the naltrexone powder? Or are you using the 50 mg tablets. Robin have you got pure naltrexone powder? This should be the only time you would consider a filler with the correct amount of active ingredient..... Have you got the 50mg tablets and needing to know how to break them down?
