Guest guest
My son-in-law was diagnosed with Lyme disease in October. The doctor has been giving him shots of high doses of anti-biotics 3 times a week most often double doses. The side effects of this treatement is much vomitting, dehydration, very low blood pressure, very low blood sugar, blacking out, blurred vision and confusion. He has been doing this for over 4 months. Has anyone been treated that long with high doses of anti-biotics? Thanks Jackie Meyer ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Never miss a thing. Guest guest
Jackie-- I can't imagine such aggressive treatment for Lyme and I've never heard of anyone else being treated so aggressively. The most my llmd will do is three shots a MONTH, and those are excruciating. I can't imagine what he must be going through. You don't have to kill the patient to kill the lyme. anne Jackie Meyer <meyerjackie50@...> wrote: My son-in-law was diagnosed with Lyme disease in October. I don't know what it means but his Lyme disease % was as low as 2% but then he got the flu and it went back up to 20%. Has anyone else been treated this long with anti-biotics?
