I got sick one more time on 4.5 mg, so I decided to permanently raise my LDN

dosage to 5 mg. So far I am doing well.

We also began to take our dosage nightly at 10 p.m. more strictly, as based on

new information, instead of randomly between 9 p.m. and 12 a.m.
