Guest guest Posted March 3, 2011 Report Share Posted March 3, 2011 I had leg muscle spasms when I woke up in the morning and was really concerned because for several minutes I had a problem walkingand it was quite painful. My friend said I should try soaking my feet in Epsom salt 2x a day for 20 min. and that should work. YES it does ! For 4 days now I haven't had a spasm.
