What's IVT? " V " for vein, maybe?

I'm glad you are so enthused about it, but it's IBT, Inclined Bed Therapy or

sometimes just IT for Inclined Therapy... this includes other postural changes

in addition to sleeping inclined.

doing my homework, also talked to my acupuncturist about while getting treatment

this afternoon, she was extremely interested in learning more about it,

especially how it works on lymphatic drainage (a huge problem for me) and it's

ability to cure varicose veins, something many of her female patients suffer

from.

under the legs of my headboard - if you're already carrying a large toxic burden

(like a lot of us are), you need to work your way up slowly from 2 " to 4 " to 6 " ,

else you risk a herx reaction of massive proportions as all the crud stuck in

your cells and interstitial fluids comes flooding out.

your patients, I'd suggest reading items 4-7 first and leave the detailed

science explanations 1-3 for later if you want/need the techical aspect of how

IVT and Osmosis " really " works in living things, although you may enjoy reading

the first link from " IDEA 7 " thru " IDEA 11 " , it details what goes on in the

human body, those sections are a bit easier to read/understand, especially given

your medical background, pretty fascinating stuff. Enjoy!
