Guest guest
Digestion is such a circle. Ok, now that I can think straight again, here is my conclusion. I had an feces blockage (impaction) in the assending colon. (This is why an enema worked.) Food could not pass through the ileocecal valve, it backed up causing the swelling of the small intestine all the way back to the stomach. An extra secretion of stomach acid was trying to help me, but couldn't. The backup of food and acid almost caused me to vomit. When I did the enema most of it was liquid, then I passed some hard balls. Then food started to go through the ileocecal valve again. I used to have this all the time, but forgot. I had long since put away my enema bottle. Guess I will start packing it again. It was a slight change in diet that caused this problem. I had started to eat more protein, meats and nuts. I know this is a no no for me.
