Guest guest
No issues with caffeine that I have ever heard of. Alcohol is one of those things people do not agree on. MANY of us are able to drink casually while using LDN. Some might even have a glass of wine every night. I personally drink every blue moon or so, but have had no problems with regard to LDN and the alcohol. That said - Dr Skip knows of someone who claims to have had a bad reaction to alcohol while using LDN - serious vomitting sort of bad reaction. I have thus far only ever heard of the one instance and it has never been cleared up for me if there couldn't have been another explanation for the vomitting - but regardless it does become one of those things you have to try for yourself and see how you feel. But if you do a search on the group archives you will see this issue has been discussed and over discussed. Unfortunately the discussion seems to devolve into a judgement on the merrits of drinking at all and is often less than productive. *shrugs* Jaxi On Thu, Apr 14, 2011 at 10:36 AM, <sally@...> wrote: Also, can you have a glass of wine, or is not alcohol at all recommended? Ask the pharmacy if they carry. I know Skips has it.
