No issues with caffeine that I have ever heard of.

Alcohol is one of those things people do not agree on.  MANY of us are able to drink casually while using LDN.  Some might even have a glass of wine every night.  I personally drink every blue moon or so, but have had no problems with regard to LDN and the alcohol.

That said - Dr Skip knows of someone who claims to have had a bad reaction to alcohol while using LDN - serious vomitting sort of bad reaction.  I have thus far only ever heard of the one instance and it has never been cleared up for me if there couldn't have been another explanation for the vomitting - but regardless it does become one of those things you have to try for yourself and see how you feel.  But if you do a search on the group archives you will see this issue has been discussed and over discussed.  Unfortunately the discussion seems to devolve into a judgement on the merrits of drinking at all and is often less than productive.  *shrugs*

Also, can you have a glass of wine, or is not alcohol at all recommended? Am about to go on LDN, just wanting to know the limits.

low dose naltrexone

You can also try sucrose or sugar. Ask the pharmacy if they carry.  I know Skips has it.
