Guest guest
> > What do you guys do for headaches when White Willow Bark doesn't help? > Thanks. +++Hi Tom, Headaches are mainly caused by detoxification, so doing things that assist your body in that process are helpful, i.e. Epsom salt baths, dry skin brushing or some other mild form of exercise, and coffee enemas. You can also use oil of oregano mixed 50/50 with olive oil and rub it into your temples, forehead, and the back of your neck. Or sniff a full strength bottle of Oil of oregano which gets the fumes up into your head. Oil of oregano is just as powerful of a pain killer as morphine. Also applying hot or cold packs to the back of your neck and forehead can help, and do deep breathing exercises: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/breath4.php Ensure you stick to the foods on the list, and take all of the supplements. I hope that helps. Bee
Guest guest
Tom, I find White Willow Bark irritates my urinary tract, so even though it helps my headache I am reluctant to use it. I find my headaches are either caused by detoxification or needing an adjustment to my atlas. This past weekend I was out of commission and did all the skin brushing, enemas, epsom salt baths, extra Vit. C, etc. but the headache got worse and worse. I figured then it must be my atlas, so went to chiropracter and he found that I was indeed out of alignment. He adjusted me and I'm all better now. So, might take a bit of problem solving if it seems to be a cause other than detox. I've had great results from Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic, but I only need to go a few times a year now that I'm on Bee's diet. Seems like being on this diet is helping me to stay in alignment somehow. Somtimes knotted muscles in my back and shoulders can pinch nerves and cause problems, and a nice massage can help loosen things up. Hope you get things figured out so you relieve your suffering. Best wishes, Vicki > > What do you guys do for headaches when White Willow Bark doesn't help? > Thanks. > Tom >
Guest guest
Hi marie...The bloody noses are part of the treatment side effects... they are horrible aren't they? I hated them. The headaches...? That could be a lack of food, lack of fluids or your sinuses... I never had a headache on treatment... quite the opposite actually. I had miagraines til the day treatment started then never had so much as a headache ever again. Guest guest
marie , I'm no expert but the headaches might be your blood counts are low. The nose bleeds, are they from sores or for real big nose bleeds? I put just a dab of neosporin in each nostril. That way nothing gets an infection startedhttp://facebook.com/people/andTrudy-Kinsey/1340460877 " "A well- behaved woman never made history"...Mae Westhttp://oktravels.wordpress.com http://allrecipes.com/cook/TrudyK/profile.aspx On Dec 2, 2010, at 3:15 PM, "Rain Beau" <annamariestitt@...> wrote: Hello everyone, i have been getting headaches the last few days, i dont normally get headaches dont know if it could be sinus related since i started getting bloody noses i started putting vaseline in my nose at night? Guest guest
Headaches could also be caused by hyperthyroid. I was hypo before tx went hyper after tx (sharp pain in the left side of head) now hypo again. Have they checked your thyroid? They should during your ramdon blood work. Guest guest
marieWhether it is a cold coming on or not, I know about that kind of dry!! It's even worse if you do get a cold because of having to blow your nose. I'm allergic to most tissues and can only use Puffs. But, that didn't help the dryness. I used Vaseline as well.GloriaPS - I am definitely getting a cold. My jaw on the right side is swollen. It's going to be fun getting off this island and over to Vancouver and back, with this swelling. People are going to think I'm contagious or something. Guest guest
You can take anything that is not opiate based. So you CAN take - asprin, tylenol, ibuprofen. naproxen (Alieve), etc etc I would NOT take - vicodin, percocet, darvocet, Tylenol 3 with codeine, etc On Thu, Apr 14, 2011 at 1:52 AM, Boyd <jyboyd@...> wrote: If headaches are happening while on LDN can you take anything if so what would that be?------------------------------------
