Guest guest
hi d - what is your condition ? max i thought was 4.5mg regards/peter/london/ppms From: go_greenie09 <go_greenie09@...>low dose naltrexone Sent: Monday, 25 April 2011, 17:26Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Up to 5 Mg... Per instructions I got from Dr. Gilhooly, I raised LDN by .50 every few weeks. He said I could go as high as 12 mg (even twice a day if I wanted to try that).I got up to 6 mg and felt exhausted both mentally and physically the following days, just like he described! He hit the nail on the head - I was so exhausted all I could do was lie on the couch. I couldn't even work.So I dropped back down to 5.5 mg, and I still felt mostly exhausted mentally and physically.2 days after dropping down to 5.0 mg, I woke up feeling great! Fresh, energetic, pain free and mentally sharp. I did more activity than usual, and have remained at that level every day since then.I'm at 5.0 mg of LDN and will stay there as long as I feel this way.:)d
Guest guest
i'm glad that people are starting to listen to what Dr. Gilhooly has to say. he discussed his dosing of people at the 2010 LDN Conference and you can hear his comments on youtube. Guest guest
Actually, even Drs Zagon / Bihari / McCandless (I believe, too) have said max of 1 mg per every 35 pounds of body weight... can anyone corroborate this?
