Guest guest
Liz, That article was pretty good. Explained a lot of things for me. Thanks Janice [sPAM] [ ] Interesting Not sure about this. Whenever you read about stuff like this folks are passionate and it comes across as propaganda. With that said, if only half of this is true it is pretty alarming. http://www.rense.com/general26/milk.htm
Guest guest
Thing is, what have you learned that tells you goats milk is not just the secondcoming? SCD uses it but after our personal cows milk disaster it scares me. Janice wrote: >Liz, > >That article was pretty good. Explained a lot of things for me. Guest guest
When we went GFCF I tried using goat milk products. My son very specifically told me, " Mom, please don't give me the goat cheese anymore. It's not as bad as the cow cheese, but it still makes my tummy hurt a little bit. " This from a kid who never complained about his tummy hurting before, so I know his complaint was legit. Guest guest
I am scared too and will approach it extremely cautiously. Mark is away on holidays for 2 weeks and when he comes back, I will determine a plan of action to test out both kefir and raw goats yogurt. Thing is.... I know that I need to get a decent probiotic into the boy in order to heal the stomach. While the supplements are okay, I am well aware that 'whole foods' do the job a lot more efficiently and effectively. I will try everything out first using our very expensive, high quality digestive enzymes to combat the casien. Mark's gut has suffered too many years of abuse and I need to really work this as fast as possible. Janice [sPAM] [ ] Interesting > > > Not sure about this. Guest guest
Many things are bad in milk even if you are not allergic or sesitive. Casein is in all milk and that is typically the problem. I always bought no antibiotic, organic milk and yougurt. Apparently that just means no new antibiotics. You really have to read the whole thing. Lots of reasons to avoid milk, moreso with our kids with known neuro stuff. Cheese is considered worse ans it takes like 12 oz of milk to make 1 oz of cheese so it is like a powerful concentrated form of the bad stuff. Guest guest
My husband, the scientist, did mention that it sounded like the SCD protocol of fermentation for the goat's milk yogurt may remove most of the casein in the form that harms us. It is a dilemma, nut unlike fruits and veggies. The yogurt is good to heal the gut but the casein harms it. The fruits and veggies give nutrition but bring with them bacteria and pesticide risk even if organic. In the end we have to watch closely and pray the good outweighs the bad. I am just not ready to take on goats milk just yet. Let me know what happens. Janice wrote: >I am scared too and will approach it extremely cautiously. Guest guest
, Yeah, I've heard that you have to work up to it slowly just like some supplements. My boy is away so I won't be trying it for a couple of weeks yet.... thanks so much for the head's up. I had forgotten reading about that with regard to kefir.... Guest guest
Thank you Brett Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry [ ] interesting The following post was put on the neuroHBOT list. I just thought I would show everyone this, who hasn't seen it, as I find it quite interesting. I just can't get over how Hartsoe's " group " is continuously trying to make Darin and look like they are trying to stop the spread of HBOT. It is quite evident to me that this is not the case. and Darin both are trying to promote HBOT, in all forms. They will both tell you, and have posted on the lists many times, that they are in full support of any and all HBOT. The difference here is Hartsoe and his clan. Although does somewhat support mHBOT, he does not believe that it works without high pressure treatments. The bigger problem is the folks that blindly support nothing but higher pressure treatments. These folks are the people that will stand in the way of HBOT becoming mainstream. The fact of the matter is that lower pressures are just as effective as the higher pressures in the treatment of many conditions, especially when dealing with the brain. These folks refuse to see that, and therefore will continue to fight until they screw it up for everyone. The military study is a prime example. If this study is done at 2.0 ATA or above, there will be minimal gains and very possible negative side effects. This, in turn, will be negative in the eyes of the government, and everything we are trying to accomplish will be set back. This will be a setback that we may never recover from. Regardless of what you all think, the research has been done by Dr. Harch and many others. I have also seen it, personally. The lower pressures, regardless if they are done in a hard or soft chamber, are the pressures in which brain conditions must be treated. This has been shown over and over. Regardless of this rambling on, and Darin are not " the bad guys " as they are made out to be. The are extremely supportive of HBOT. They are simply trying to promote all forms of HBOT, both mild and higher pressures. However, the other side of the coin I cannot say the same for. Hartsoe does admit, at times, that the mild chambers are beneficial, and I can appreciate that. However, most of the others do not, and that is a crying shame. If those on the other side of the coin would open they eyes, and minds, we could get over the fighting and get things going in the right direction. I will say that sometimes the arguments get quite heated, but that only shows the dedication and enthusiasm that and Darin both have in supporting the accurate information (which includes both high and mild) about HBOT. The following is the post originally mentioned: , Welcome to this list. I want you to know how much I appreciate what you and your husband have done to keep this country safe. You are a brave woman. He is a brave man. The free standing centers on this list are very interested in helping those servicemen who have given so much for our country. There are plans being formed by Tom Fox and Alene Creacy so we will be able to treat those men and women who have suffered blast injuries. Keep tuned for the latest. I am sure Tom will keep us up to date as he has more information. Tom? , is one of the most generous , compassionate people in the hyperbaric business. Yes he does get upset when smears his name and other's names who are trying to expose the potential benefits of HBOT. You have to realize the slander that has been frequently written on other sites against these people...no wonder their anger grows and eventually spews!!! Stay with us . is one of the good guys on this site. He would bend over backwards for your husband and for anyone who contacts him. (hmmm, now that he has retired I am not sure of the pull he still has at Miracle Mountain). Please keep in touch and let us know how your husband progresses. Guest guest
*Something Redfield [Celestine Prophesy] is putting together....intentional community and spiritual retreat/center......http://www.celestialsanctum.com/http://www.celestialsanctum.org/ Celestial Sanctum The Celestial Sanctum is the meeting place where Spiritual Beings commune in the Heavens to merge and share esoteric knowledge. Our Celestial Sanctum Holistic Community will be a Family-Oriented Intentional Community where Spiritual Beings meet on the physical plane to raise their own consciousness and to open their hearts in service to our Planet. The intention of this Community is to educate and make a positive impact on the people of our Planet by practicing heart-felt, environmentally sound, conscious living with a focus on educating Health Practitioners in the new paradigm of Energetic Healing. The Community will be designed using Sacred Geometry and environmentally-friendly building practices. We will practice sustainable organic farming methods and have a Vegetarian-based diet. Our goal is to design and build this Community and then freely share the template with other like-minded organizations. The intention is to assist in building a network of Communities to facilitate the evolution of the Planet by raising the consciousness of all living beings and to connect with Source.Sacred Geometry Architecture as Sacred Space: If Life Force Equals the Ability to Attract and Self-Organize Capacitive Charge - It Now Becomes Possible to Outline the Function of Architecture. One reason architecture should look like biology is that biological structures have discovered thru evolution the materials and shapes which allow the electrical fields we call LIFE to converge into self-organization and self-awareness. The ability to self-organize and "FUSE" charge into living form is the appropriate goal for architecture because it is the only way to achieve the electrical sustainability as wave which is a scientific definition of immortality.http://www.celestialsanctum.org/catalog/intentional_community.phpIntentional Community By Redfield When reading ' work there was a resonance withthe Celestial Sanctum's Vision of Our Intentional Community. A Critical Mass A new spiritual awakening is occurring in human culture, an awakening brought about by a critical mass of individuals who experience their lives as a spiritual unfolding, a journey in which we are led forward by mysterious coincidences. The Longer Now This awakening represents the creation of a new, more complete worldview, which replaces a five-hundred-year-old preoccupation with secular survival and comfort. While this technological preoccupation was an important step, our awakening to life's coincidences is opening us up to the real purpose of human life on this planet, and the real nature of our universe. A Matter of Energy We now experience that we live not in a material universe, but in a universe of dynamic energy. Everything extant is a field of sacred energy that we can sense and intuit. Moreover, we humans can project our energy by focusing our attention in the desired direction...where attention goes, energy flows...influencing other energy systems and increasing the pace of coincidences in our lives. The Struggle for Power Too often humans cut themselves off from the greater source of this energy and so feel weak and insecure. To gain energy we tend to manipulate or force others to give us attention and thus energy. When we successfully dominate others in this way, we feel more powerful, but they are left weakened and often fight back. Competition for scarce, human energy is the cause of all conflict between people. The Message of the Mystics Insecurity and violence ends when we experience an inner connection with divine energy within, a connection described by mystics of all traditions. A sense of lightness - buoyancy - along with the constant sensation of love are measures of this connection. If these measures are present, the connection is real. If not, it is only pretended. Clearing the Past The more we stay connected, the more we are acutely aware of those times when we lose connection, usually when we are under stress. In these times, we can see our own particular way of stealing energy from others. Once our manipulations are brought to personal awareness, our connection becomes more constant and we can discover our own growth path in life, and our spiritual mission - the personal way we can contribute to the world. Engaging the Flow Knowing our personal mission further enhances the flow of mysterious coincidences as we are guided toward our destinies. First we have a question; then dreams, daydreams, and intuitions lead us towards the answers, which usually are synchronistically provided by the wisdom of another human being. The Interpersonal Ethic We can increase the frequency of guiding coincidences by uplifting every person that comes into our lives. Care must be taken not to lose our inner connection in romantic relationships. Uplifting others is especially effective in groups where each member can feel energy of all the others. With children it is extremely important for their early security and growth. By seeing the beauty in every face, we lift others into their wisest self, and increase the chances of hearing a synchronistic message. The Emerging Culture As we all evolve toward the best completion of our spiritual missions, the technological means of survival will be fully automated as humans focus instead on synchronistic growth. Such growth will move humans into higher energy states, ultimately transforming our bodies into spiritual form and uniting this dimension of existence with the after-life dimension, ending the cycle of birth and death. Holding the Vision The Tenth Insight is the realization that throughout history human beings have been unconsciously struggling to implement this lived spirituality on Earth. Each of us comes here on assignment, and as we pull this understanding into consciousness, we can remember a fuller birth vision of what we wanted to accomplish with our lives. Further we can remember a common world vision of how we will all work together to create a new spiritual culture. We know that our challenge is to hold this vision with intention and prayer everyday. Extending Prayer Fields The Eleventh Insight is the precise method through which we hold the vision. For centuries, religious scriptures, poems, and philosophies have pointed to a latent power of mind within all of us that mysteriously helps to affect what occurs in the future. It has been called faith power, positive thinking, and the power of prayer. We are now taking this power seriously enough to bring a fuller knowledge of it into public awareness. We are finding that this prayer power is a field of intention, which moves out from us and can be extended and strengthened, especially when we connect with others in a common vision. This is the power through which we hold the vision of a spiritual world and build the energy in ourselves and in others to make this vision a reality. The 12th Insight is yet to be released . . .The Eden Project [intentional Community - Eco-Village/Retreat/Educational Center - Forming]http://intentone.ning.com theedenproject http://intentionalone.com/essence/presentlreality.html KnightCreate Your BadgeOver 10,000 Digital Books, Courses, Newsletters, Magazines & MoreEssence EdenCreate Your Badge
