Aquarian Economics

The following ideas are a compilation from a broadcast on the ethers of the Earth made by a group of Third Ray Initiates whose role is to bridge the current state of consciousness regarding the economy with a new state of consciousness that incorporates the synthesis and group consciousness of the Seventh Ray and the energies of Aquarius.

Introduction

The new Aquarian Economy is being born from the transformation and sublimation of the essential elements of the old economy as this is placed in the crucible of the fires of the Seventh Ray and the Aquarian energies.

As the old economy is the product of a state of consciousness, the new Aquarian Economy is too going to manifest from a state of consciousness, a new one. This new state of consciousness is much simpler, synthetic and practical than the old one, and its main characteristics can thus be described:

Individuals are in full control of all the economic aspects and affairs of their life — this is the freedom given to each by the One Life.

The everyday state of consciousness dwells on, acknowledges, and works with three aspects of Reality:

The Omnipresence of the One Life.

The positive, dynamic and creator role of the individual in the ongoing Creative Process.

The omnipresence of Intelligent Substance always receptive to intention and responsible for building all forms of manifestation.

Every individual is the steward of all beings and things, and is responsible for their well-being and progress — this is the trust given to each by the One Life.

The New Economics

The new science of Economics is also much simpler than the old one to the point that children will understand and work with its foundations, as it works only with these three simple concepts:

The Creative Process:

Being Creator is a natural, joyful and all-powerful condition for every human being. It does not take long and complex studies to understand this innate, divine condition as this power can be described and exercised with this simple formula:

If one can see it, feel it, and speak it… it manifests.

The Principle of Stewardship:

The creative power that each one has is a Trust given to all by the One Life. This trust is a simple, yet deeply fulfilling task which can be described in these simple words:

Discover the perfection that you are by caring for the well-being and progress of all beings and forms in the Universe.

Investing in Consciousness:

The greatest investment that any one can ever make is to use the innate creative power to care for the well-being and progress of all. This investment is simple and easy to make:

Create only that which brings Joy to all.

Money

In the first or transitional phase of the new Aquarian Economy, money will continue playing a role in the economic life of human beings. However, money is too passing through the crucible of fire of the Seventh Ray and the Aquarian energies, and its essence and true nature is now emerging into the light. These can be described as follows:

Money is an intelligent, living substance — i.e. an order of devas of the etheric plane — embodying a purpose and a state of consciousness.

The purpose of this “living money†is to bring together and manipulate the physical plane resources needed to produce material manifestations.

The state of consciousness of this “living money†is ‘bridging’ the vital subplanes of the etheric-physical plane with its dense subplanes, and ‘attracting and binding’ the ranks of elemental builders to manifest the intended form(s).

The order of devas that are money was created by the intention of humanity of having a “universal instrument†for bringing together intention/desire with its manifested result.

Money is solely a Third Ray approach to bridging intention/desire with its manifestation. In this approach, intelligent intention “to achieve a pre-conceived manifestation†is the dynamic factor used by the creator to attract the bridging devas of money and give them direction.

Money, although so much empowered by humanity’s current state of consciousness, is not an essential factor in the creative process. It is an artifact or distraction or crutch that seeks to absorb the attention of the creator while being in itself unnecessary.

In the new Aquarian Economy, the human attraction for money will slowly disappear. This will happen as the predominant focus of attention of humanity shifts from the material sub-planes of the physical plane to its etheric sub-planes. Humanity will thus become dynamically and positively polarized toward all the orders of the devas of the etheric and material sub-planes.

Working with Money in the Transitional Time

In the transitional time between the currently established economy and the new Aquarian Economy there are, broadly speaking, three ways to work with money. Each of these ways corresponds to one of the following states of consciousness in regard to money:

The “masses†attitude to money.

The “well-to-do†attitude to money.

The Aquarian attitude to money.

The Masses:

In general, the masses of human beings do not use money through the Third Ray approach explained before as they do not use self-initiated, intelligent intention to attract and direct the devas of money to fulfill a manifestation. Instead, the masses of human beings interchange or barter their personal vital energy (i.e. through their labor and time) for money — this is not, at all, the Third Ray approach to money but a distortion of it.

Thus, from an energy perspective, the masses of human beings are not dynamically positive to the devic substances of money, as the Third Ray approach intends for human beings to be. Instead, they are negative to them. This explains the widespread difficulties for most human beings “to obtain moneyâ€, and the submission to a system of labor that manipulates them and keeps them in fear — “losing one’s job†is widely seen with dread.

Note here that almost all Disciples of the Hierarchy today in incarnation share, in regard to money and in various degrees, this state of consciousness with the masses.

The Well-to-Do:

For the most part, the ‘well-to-do’ individuals use the Third Ray approach to money in a closer way to its essence — the exceptions are among those who have inherited their financial prosperity. That is, ‘well-to-do’ individuals do work with intelligent intentions to attract and direct the devas of money to produce manifestations. However, most of them eventually fall into the trap of pursuing money for the sake of money.

Energy-wise speaking, most of these individuals have a predominant Third Ray component in their constitution, a fact that is both their success and their downfall with money. Here is why:

Initially, these individuals naturally polarize themselves positively towards the devas of money — because of their Third Ray constitution. However, as money comes near them, they feel a strong resonance with the devas of money (also Third Ray in nature). This causes a shift in these individuals’ polarization towards money and they end becoming negatively polarized to it. In a very real sense, these individuals, as they get too close to money, fail to separate their identity from the identity of the devas of money — thus incorporating into their own state of consciousness the very state of consciousness of these devas. For these individuals, and for the devas, this situation becomes a vicious circle in which intelligent intentions are directed, not to produce outer manifestations, but to produce more money and to increase their mutual attraction, as “like†attracts “alikeâ€.

This distortion of the Third Ray approach to money by the “well-to-do†has brought the current economic system to a state of great imbalance, and it has made of money itself a dominant factor in the human consciousness when it did not have to be so.

The Aquarian Disciples:

As it was described above, most Disciples in incarnation today are negatively polarized to money. Because money is not going to disappear rapidly from the human economy as a way of exchange, Aquarian Disciples need to learn to work with money following the Third Ray approach, as much as possible in its purer form. Thus, regardless of their Ray constitution, Disciples need to incorporate in their consciousness Third Ray characteristics. This learning process can and must be fast, and should be based on a true understanding of money and the creative process that connects the Logoic Economy with both the human economy and the economy of the natural world.

The essence of this fast-track training is embodied in the three simple concepts that were described before with regard to the new science of Economics.

Here are some practical suggestions to help you incorporate in consciousness and master these three concepts of the new Economics and the Third Ray approach to money. These suggestions come from Those who are a purer expression of the Third Ray consciousness:

1. The Third Ray consciousness works in the NOW time. This means that the Third Ray consciousness knows, first, that once an intention is formulated, this formulation is already the manifestation of the intention and, second, that the devas of all orders only understand the NOW time.

2. The Third Ray consciousness uses Intelligence itself to formulate, grasp and incorporate in consciousness its approach to the creative process and money. In other words, the Third Ray consciousness frames in its mind, with very clear thoughts, its own understanding of the creative process and the role of money in it.

3. The Third Ray consciousness focuses on seeing in its mind, with clarity, the “end product†of its intention right from the beginning.

4. The Third Ray consciousness uses the following approach or formula to bring any intention into manifestation:

I see it with the mind… I feel it with the heart… I speak it with the brain…Thus, I manifest it.

5. The Third Ray consciousness knows itself to be creator and that it gains dominion over any idea or thing by encompassing it with its consciousness.

6. The Third Ray consciousness acknowledges and loves the Devas, in their many orders and ranks, because They are the “mother†aspect of the manifested Cosmos; that is, they are Perfect Intelligent Substance ready to comply with any formulated intention.

7. The Third Ray consciousness focuses its daily attention solely on three things:

Preserving a dynamic, positive focus on the creative power.

Cultivating a purity of thought, feeling and form expression that leaves no room for the intrusion of the past or the charms of the future.

Generating a radiance of Joy by being Joy itself.
