Guest guest
Since people who take the LDN are not making as many endorphins during the night, how do you feel first thing in the morning? Are you tired and reluctant to get out of bed, or awake and alert, ready to leap out of bed? As I am, now, I never awake ready to start the day, so would hate to make that feeling even worse Maree Melbourne, AUSTRALIA

Guest guest
I have never been a " morning " person, always rough to get up. But LDN hasn't made it any worse.
