It's working, but should I increase dosage?

Hi everyone, just want to report some positive progress. I'm someone with CREST

syndrome, a variant of systemic scleroderma.

I've been on LDN for about 3 months now. The first month dosage was 1.5, and I

felt better than I had in years. The second month I went up to 3.0, but I was

still on 50 mg synthroid and I had a very bad reaction, which lasted weeks. I

stopped the synthroid altogether and went back to 1.5

This is the third month, and I'm still at 1.5 and the synthroid is, I think, out

of my system. The results are dramatic: Before LDN an average week was 2 OK

days, 3 bad days, 2 shockingly bad days. I would be in bed most of the time. I

was taking 60mg Kapidex daily and it still wasn't working well, nor were any

other PPIs.

Now, as long as I follow an alkaline diet and stick to the lifestyle

recommendations, I don't usually HAVE bad days. I'm down to 30 mg. of Prevacid.

I'm starting to get my life back again, and doing my art, which I haven't really

touched for the past 6 years (I was diagnosed in 2001, and have gotten

progressively worse until LDN). I could have more energy, but all in all things

are MUCH better.

Now--should I go up to 3.0? I'm a small woman, 5'2 " and 113 lbs., with a low

tolerance for everything. Thanks in advance for your advice, and good luck to

you all-hope you have the same good results.

Best wishes,

You should check your adrenal

Adrenal Fatigue: The 21st Century Stress Syndrome

Prevacid is the wrong treatment

..you have probably too little acid.use digestive enzymes and betaine hcl.try

less carb

You can always try to raise first to 2,then 2.5 and

then 3 mg
