Guest guest
hi rebecca due to neuro muscula problems with my legs and the ldn exacerbated conditions i take 4.5mg as soon as i wake up with no side effects, no problem regards peter/london/ppms I am so glad to hear that LDN is already working out great for you. I call it my "non-drug wonder drug." I have been on LDN for almost a year now. I too, remember having fabulous results almost immediately, & recommend it to anyone I know that may benefit. However, you definitely should not take it in the morning. I can't eloquently tell you why like the 'low dose naltrexone' group can (yes join - they are very knowledgeable over there), but it has something to do with how LDN works... and so you attain the maximum benefit by taking it at night. Giving your body a jumpstart after a certain something, which coincides with sleep. I totally butchered that, so like I said, you just need to go over to the 'low dose naltrexone' group & they can tell you better. :)All the best! )
Guest guest
The original poster seems to have posted to several lists at the same time (LDN and an MS list from what I could see). Since most of us have learned to hit reply all from this list (LDN) because of the way it is set up you do sometimes get some odd posts like that because many people are on the same multple lists and it gets confusing when people muddy the waters by cross posting the same email to several groups. Do you have a link or official name for this group you are recommending? When I search for LDN groups on the group search box, this group is the one that comes up with that name.
