Ive been looking forward to starting LDN for months. My son, with autism, tried

it and we saw incredible gains, reduced tantrums anxiety, better mood, more

focused, scripting turned to paraphrasing, potty trained over night... I was

expecting a lot for myself after having seen such amazing things for my son.

I have fibromayalgia, frequent back/neck pain, headaches, anxiety, depression,

real big mood swings, fatigue, brain fog...etc.

I started LDN 4 days ago. 4.5mg at night. I am sleeping like I'm drugged,

waking up exhausted, needing a big nap, more brain fog, more fatigue/exhaustion,

more mood swings, more pain. I know that I am very sensitive to medicines some

times (when I tried to start Cymbalta I had a similar experience and did not

continue it as it was just too difficult), does this maybe mean that I am at too

high of a dosage, or is this a getting used to it period where the body just

needs to adjust for a few weeks. I will stick it out if it is an adjustment

period, but really wonder if I should reduce the amount.

That being said if I do reduce the amount, do I just pour a capsule (its

compounded) in water and then drink half the water... would the other half be

good still the following night if I did this?

The doc I had perscribe this doesn't really know much about it, so I thought I

would ask here.

Thanks
