Cranial-sacral, massage and chiropractors have helped my headaches, neck

pain and back pain tremendously. Be prepared for Herxing though! Most of

the time I get mild, and sometimes moderate herxing. However, occasionally

(especially when I first started) I can get major herxing. Plan to rest the

rest of the day after treatment and make no major decisions afterward.

Drink plenty of water before and after treatment to flush out toxins

quickly.

Good luck!
