Hi Joris,

you said you were taking a specific Hair loss supplment check to make sure as it

might have Zinc in it, mine does and it is at 200% of RDA when taking 2 caps a

day. I also experienced exactly what you are going through last year, I am 42

now, and starting just losing a lot of hair basically overnight, it would just

come off in masses in my hand in the shower. I have a CFS/Fibro diagnosis, and

stress can really exacerbate the hair loss as can the illnesses, or if you are

having a flare, etc...

So watch your stress level, and take the hair loss vitamins, I also take the

Saw Palmetto (and have for many, many years), 2 caps a day now, I used to take

1, and was never worried if I ran out, but now, I make sure I take everything 2

x's a day like clockwork if I don't forget.

I also use the Nioxin system, and have for years too, but I went from the System

2 to the System 4. I got my hair cut about a week ago, and the stylist said she

could see alot coming back in. And, I can tell I am not losing as much, and the

spot does not look nearly as large, for awhile I looked like a 15th century monk

with the back crown purposefully shaved, not pretty. But I would really rec. the

Nioxin too. I also had my hair cut shorter to help get more air, circulation,

and bulk/weight taken out to hopefully be able to get the products more directly

to the scalp, and keep the scalp healthier. If you have thick or long hair you

might want to consider getting it cut shorter. Goodluck, hang in there, Randy

Morning (overhere in Holland),

What amount of Sinc should I take for my hairloss and rebooting my growth again?

If the normal daily reccommended amount is 100%, what perecentage / % should I

take for my hair?

Thanks.

Regards,

Joris
