Guest guest
Hi --- I'm on double antibiotics (Flagyl and Zithromax, 1500 mg per day in total) since March 2010. My LLMD told me to take at least 20 to 30 billion cells of probiotics per day. They are a little hard to find at those high levels, though, but I did find some at Metro (formerly A & P). Brand name is son When we were in Florida last month, I found some at a health food store, at 50 billion cells per dose of two capsules per day. Brand name Solary Multidophilus 12. I'm using both kinds at the moment, switching them from day to day since the Solary has to stay in the fridge. Guest guest
I've had very good results with Ultimate Flora Critical Care 50 billion per capsule. I've been on high doses of antibiotics for a year (3 1/2 months on IV ceftriaxone). It's pricey (I try to buy the larger size , 60 caps, when it goes on sale.)--and should be refrigerated. I take one capsule 2 hours after my last oral antibiotic of the day. You can find it at most health food stores (Whole Foods etc). A naturopath recommended to me. Kim western Mass. Guest guest
Hi Bee, I forgot to ask while taking probiotics is it safe for me to take them with my sea salt which i have between my three meals per day, or should i take them seperate from the and sea salt. Also i take 1000mg of vit C with each meal then 1000mg about an hour or so before bedtime to get my four thousand mg daily with my last 1/4tsp of sea salt, would it be fine to take the probiotic capsule at that time as well? Thanks again.... You can take 1 capsule with meals (not in between). All the best, Bee

Guest guest
Hi , There are recipes for cultured vegetables in Bee's Website. Follow the ones with the green circles that are Safe for Candida Diet: Fermented Drink & Food Recipes http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/recipes/menu4.php Any raw vegetable juices are high in carbohydrate and difficult to digest. All vegetables must bee cooked or cultured. Raw Versus Cooked Carbs (Plant Foods) http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/veg3.php You can't kill yeast. Once the body becomes stronger, through good nutrition, the yeast will return to the good bacteria it was meant to be. Bee has removed treatments from her program that are not necessary, that includes probiotics, grapefruit seed extract and ingesting oil of oregano. Please see messages #101169, #98803 and #101291. If all of these things are helping you, why are you not yet well? Nan B. Guest guest
Actually now am on MMS/AOT I can (mercifully) now again enjoy my cultured milk--looking to drive to my friend's organic, raw dairy and poultry farm in Pennsylvania soon and do a bulk order including his awesome raw milk and cheese.. I do not do UNcultured milk--I home-culture it with high quality with 12-14 or so, strains of probiotics. THIS way I am getting my probiotics *through* the product as well as with Wil's very affordable soil-borne 100+ Probiotics & his Latero Flora. Doing this is now saving me about $150/month over what I had to spend on probiotics, *prior* to using MMS/AOT and Wil's probiotics and minerals.. (I REALLY had missed my cultured milk and already had forsaken the eating of grains, high carb veges and fruit. So the cultured milk is not only giving me much needed nutrition which will be hugely magnified when I can morph to the raw * & * organic milk/cheese--already do organic.. The cultured milk then is also giving me the probiotics I need, for the most part perhaps..) Hope this helps!LouiseHave a great day; no, have a great LIFE! (What stop with one day? :>)PS Carol, if things change yes, thanks for the info re: your probiotics.. Always good to have more than one option! (Do yours need refrigeration, and can they be mail-ordered? Thanks..) This is the probiotic product that I use. It's very powerful. It was developed by foodscientist Dr. Khem Shahani and enzyme specialist Viktoras Kulvinskas (Viktoras is the author of " Survival Into the 21st Century " , " Don't Dine Without Enzymes " , and many other nutrition books). http://www.healthyfutures.net/bluegreensolutions/products/products/spectrabiotic\ ..php It has eight kinds of good bacteria, plus Jerusalem artichoke and rose hips. Guest guest
Hi Louise, I'm sorry to be unduly skeptical but this is now about the 8th post where you've talked about nothing but Wil's products...mainly the MMS but now his probiotics & Latero Flora as well! Either you are very excited about your genuine progression or he is giving you a hefty discount on what you're buying from him to promote his products! I certainly would hope that it's the former & if so, good on you! In the meantime, there's very mixed reviews of MMS out there & people on this site should do their own research out there before jumping blindly in, based on excitement from one of their own. Sorry, don't mean to offend...just need to see some 'balance' here & less obvious promotion...we're all on the healing path but our needs/bodies are all different. Cheers, Kate. > > > This is the probiotic product that I use. It's very powerful. It was developed by foodscientist Dr. Khem Shahani and enzyme specialist Viktoras Kulvinskas (Viktoras is the author of " Survival Into the 21st Century " , " Don't Dine Without Enzymes " , and many other nutrition books). > > http://www.healthyfutures.net/bluegreensolutions/products/products/spectrabiotic\ ..php > > It has eight kinds of good bacteria, plus Jerusalem artichoke and rose hips. > > Scroll down to the bottom of the page where it says " More info on probiotics " - great info. > > Carol > > > > > ------------------------------------ > >
Guest guest
Thank you for saying everything I was thinking:-) I'm one of those people that could start off very slow (one dropper) and still have very bad adverse side effects. We aren't just dealing with candida, most times. I have adrenal fatigue, hypothyroidism, low cortisol and now my doctor is saying I possibly have diabetes insipidus (does not affect sugar, but instead has to do with water, salt , potassium, calcium levels....) Each person has a totally different problem and they can affect one another. If I only had candida maybe certain supplements wouldn't bother me so. I would like people to remember that their success story is wonderful to hear about but their path may actually hurt another that follows. ________________________________ From: Kapesty <katesemken@...> candidiasis Sent: Thu, March 17, 2011 5:42:32 AM Subject: Re: Probiotics  Hi Louise, I'm sorry to be unduly skeptical but this is now about the 8th post where you've talked about nothing but Wil's products...mainly the MMS but now his probiotics & Latero Flora as well! Guest guest
I have tried to voice my skepticism as well, but I don't think it has made it through moderation. I have done MMS in the past and felt terrible. I call it die off if u want, but i did not feel better after taking it. In fact I felt it took me months to get back to feeling how I felt before it. If it works for some people I would not want to discourage it, but my experience was only negative. Lateroflora I have found to be pretty helpful though, so not everything is wrong. Her constant posts just look more like ads than personal reports sometimes. greg
Guest guest
One thing to remember though. There are over 20 different ways to take MMS or AOT. I work with you to educate you so you do not get the adverse reactions. I am sorry you had a negative experience, Greg. One other thing, AOT and Latero-flora are only a small part of a program. So when you take just one or 2 components of a program and expect to get the results of the program is that reasonable? There is more to the fungal/candida problem then to just kill it, in my opinion. You have to stop feeding it or it will come back. And then we have the issue of repairing the damage that has taken place. Wil >
Guest guest
Now that I would tend to agree with!! There's also a kefir group site which I'm on through where you can learn all about it from people who use either the (fresh) milk or water grains. I'm still a novice because it's hard to get fresh grains where I live (in Australia) & store bought are not good...I've tried them...but loads of people from mainly US & Canada ( & sometimes the UK) are absolutely thriving on kefir. Google the site & register with the group, if you're interested...it's an education in itself! > > I've spent 12 years with doctors, naturopaths, nutritionists and a host of others. I spent a small fortune and went on disagreeable diets and took endless supplements all to no avail. Now, after 18 months of daily consumption of milk Kefir (real stuff, not the processed, commercial crap), I am almost fully free of candida symptoms. Get on this stuff even if you keep trying other therapies, this works. >

Guest guest
I just read their labels at store. Seems they are still high carb and high sugar. NOT what I can do! Was told by a farmer friend in PA who sells yogurt, cheese etc raw milk products: that if the cultured product begins to separate into curds and whey (the liquid), then all the lactose is used up. When I culture mine this way, I have NO PROB with it; AND I am getting however many strains of probiotics in my resultant product as the STARTER that I used to do the culturing!! (Typically that is 12 to 14 strains, as opposed to say, 2 to 3 in the store-bought stuff..) Hope this helps!~LouisePS Put the milk (organic) in clean jars. Put a couple capsules opened up, of your favorite live/active probiotic. Seal tightly and shake well. Burp the jars periodically during culturing process to release pressure. Leave in slightly warm place for 8 hours for small jars. Product will be thick when done, with a little clear liquid. (In winter I put jars on radiator. In summer on countertop. In-between in a cooler with towel on top jars, with heating pad on low or medium on top. NOT put heat too high. Better slightly too low than too hot, too hot kills probiotics..) ..Can use product itself as starter then, for up to 7 batches/7 rounds of culturing.. > > > Now that I would tend to agree with!! Guest guest
Hi Amy, Health store bought will not multiply (which is what you need) & only give you the one use per packet. You need fresh grains which some people are prepared to ship to you for a very small price (especially easy in US, Canada & UK)...Wish it was as easy in Australia altho' some nice man has just contacted me, telling me where I might find some here, so I'm finally hopeful! Just get on to the International kefir group site for daily blogs on what to do to cultivate them, how to get them etc. Good luck! Guest guest
Katy, I got a tablespoon of the culture from a friend. It multiplies endlessly. People will mail it to you for a minimal cost, check on line. Or try checking on a kefir groups site. I've seen people selling it there for around 10 bucks. In Aussie, Dom is the guru and he will supply it . Check " Dom's kefir insite " You gotta make the stuff yourself. > > > > I've spent 12 years with doctors, naturopaths, nutritionists and a host of others. Guest guest
Good afternoon, Does anyone know about this product: Florastor http://florastor.ca/ ? I have had chronic fatigue ever since I was a teenager~started after I had a bladder infection and was treated with anitbiotics. I was also getting a lot of dental work done, so lots of amalgam fillings. At first I didn't realize it, but it's been over 40 years since this first began ! I have been to countess doctors, but they could never help. I did experience some relief a few years ago, with the help of Duncan. (?) But I ended up going off the diet and slipped back into my illness. So now I must begin all over again. I would really appreciate some ideas of where to begin. Guest guest
Hi Greg, When I read the ingredients I decided not to try it. It says that it is yeast, and I try to stay away from anything with yeast in it. I wonder why something with yeast in it be recommended for someone with candida ? This has all been so confusing. And what with all of my allergies to different foods and inhalants, it's hard to find anything that I can actually eat. Can you please tell me where you get this lateroflora product from ? Thanks,. Guest guest
Darlene, Yes, this is a form of yeast. There are many types of yeasts. This happens to a yeast that is very beneficial. I have take regularly for two years with very positive results. I am not sure why it has not helped Greg. There may be other factors inhibiting any beneficial results for him. Every individual has various interior and exterior environmental factors affecting our physical well being. Guest guest
If you aren't allergic to yeast, I don't see any reason to avoid it. Yeast don't feed with yeast. Alcohol don't feed candida either but add charge to your liver. . > >> > >> Good afternoon, > >> Does anyone know about this product: Florastor http://florastor.ca/ ? >
Guest guest
I thought alcohol turns to sugar, and sugar feeds the fungus. ??Also, Wil markets an affordable Lateroflora. bodyelectrician.com~Louise (I use it..)
