Guest guest
Hi, I noticed a rash above my left knee on June 30th and took a picture of it because I thought it could be from a tick bite. The next morning it was still there but disappeared later in the day. I've been tested twice for lyme and both came back negative. Showed the pictures to the doctors and both didn't say it was from a tick. Was bitten by a chimunk by accident on June 5th and I know they harbor lyme. Could the bite transmit the disease? The last few week I haven't felt myself so I'm still suspect. Is there anyone in the group who could look at the pictures and give their opinion? Tnx, Mike
Guest guest
Mike, Different infections can cause different typs of rashes. For example, what appeared on my leg as a bruise turned out to be a Bartonella rash. I found going through many Lyme sites and their sections on photos to be of great help, as well as dermatology sites. __________________________________________________________________ Looking for the perfect gift?
