I would be very interested in what you have to say:

Glen Wolfsen:

Thank you.

[ ] When Western Medicine falls short

In reading over the e-mails that have arrived from I have noticed a

lot of frustration with the inability of Western medical doctors to diagnois

Lyme accurately....much less find a cure. I also have Lyme and have been that

route.

I know that this Lyme Aid is mostly focused on using Western technology....but

I thought I would mention an alternative.

I am of Native American descent, from the Seneca tribe to be specific. I am

also trained as a yoga meditation teacher. In both traditions there are

alternative ways of self diagnoising an illness and even getting suggestions for

cures using dreams. Most will ridicule or belittle this approach, but like other

Native American and non-traditional approaches it has some merit.

I won't bore the entire group with the details.....but if anyone has an

interest in exploring this write back and I can fill in the details.

Good morning from a rather wet looking England. My partner (Steve) was treated

for Lyme back in 2004, but never officially diagnosed. He did really well for a

few years, but since January has got increasingly worse with horrendous pains

and generally feeling like death warmed up.

I mentioned to our G.P that I felt it could be Lyme arthritis, and after seeing

a few people he was told he had M.E!!! I worked for our health service for quite

a while and this diagnosis is often used as a way out of saying they have no

idea whats going on.

We both feel it is still Lyme related, but in the UK it is incredibly difficult

to get anything done about it. Both of us are very much focused on the joy of

Mother Earth and are very tuned in to spirit and would be incredibly interested

to hear what you have to say.

I will leave it in your hands, but my email address is

essextreehugger@... if you feel you would like to make contact.

I'm interested, too. There are probably enough of us in this group

that are interested that you can post some of the details.

I have e-mailed some of the others who are interested in alternative ways to

treat Lyme....and there seems to be just a few. The group seems to be

really tied into the antibiotic route.....so I think methods outside of that are

not going to be greeted openly.

There is also a weeding out factor. I put the notice on ....only those

who are open will respond.

Kind of works out ok.

Has anyone read Rosner's " Lyme Disease top ten alternative and

Conventional Therapies " ? He has many more than 10 alternative therapies

listed--all of them heavily researched. Please give his book a try.

Best Wishes,

I would absolutly be interested in what you have to say about all this.

I believe in it very strongly and feel even though the some of the technology

and doctors help some people(which is a wonderful thing), we as people should

trust our instincts and protect our bodies more, which we dont unfortunitly.

If you would like, you can offlist me at PsycoliciousMe@...

Thanks.
