a question about sending healing and about lightwork

Hello dear friends! first of all i want to tell you how much i appreciate this

group and admire its purpose. I am from montreal canada mostly french speaking

so if i make mistakes in english please forgive me. Sprirituality and compassion

are the foundation of my daily life and To participate at my best in the group,

i would like to know what would be the best way for sending healing, and what is

a lightworker what would be is daily practice? thank you so much
