Guest guest
The book, Healing Lyme, recommends Smilax, which, from what I can figure out, is Sarsparilla. I bought some tea bags made by Alvita, and I made tea and sip a little now and then. Can herxing be classified as an allergic reaction? Herxing happens as the organisms die and release toxins - it can feel horrible but is actually good and you can minimize the herxing by reducing the doseage of whatever is causing it. and by smilax. Allergic reactions can be dangerous and relieved by antihistamines. I think the mechanism in the body is different for toxins and allergic reactions. > > > > Hi > > Is there a way to minimize herxing...an herb to take? detoxing?
