Guest guest
My husband recently built a sauna so I could start heat therapy. I started using it last week and have had instant great results. Pain level way WAY down. We also have a hot tub which I find very soothing to the bones and relaxing. I got online to locate info on lyme and heat therapy and obtained one outstanding article titled Chronic Infection, by A Kinderlehrer MD. It is filled with current info on alternative and supplemental treatments for chronic lyme patients. I thought I should share with the group. You can view this article at lymesite.com If you are interested in heat therapy, increasing body temp to 102 will increase antibiotic activity fourfold. Increasing to 104 can kill spirochetes. I highly recommend heat therapy, a long hot bath or steam will make a huge difference of you suffer with pain and/or stress.
