LDN and lactose Intolerance

Hi all,

I am about to start lDN tonight for the first time for Ulcerative Coltitis and CFS and have just discovered it has lactose in it. Dose anyone else take it that has lactose Intolerance? I fear it may cause me problems even though it will be such small doses what do you all think? I am willing to give it a go anyway but would love to hear comments or anyone that is in my predicament.
