Dear Margie,

Thank you for this!!!

I missed the actual show and they don't seem to archive their shows, but I took

advantage

of the opportunity to express my gratitude for Lyme disease being addressed by

Dr. Oz.

I've emailed him and posted on the Oprah.com message board. I've also forwarded

the

info to my local support group.

BTW, the link you provided takes one to Oprah's message board, which is fine,

because we

should all be posting there, too!

Here's the link to email Dr. Oz:

I'm surprised there isn't more follow up on this from folks. What an opportunity

for

national attention!!! What a nice Thanksgiving surprise. :)

My best,

Jen

I also could only get the 9 minute segment so I wrote to onthemarcmedia; here's

their response; as she says, don't know how long it'll be on there so listen

asap-  and write to Dr. Oz; he particularly wants to hear from people with

" chronic " lyme and what has/hasn't worked in the way of treatments.    robin

Robin,

Someone

posted the entire show on line.  We did not post it -- matter of fact

I'm not even sure you are allowed to post it.  But it is up on the

internet now.  I'm not sure how long it will be there.  Here is the

Also

please tell people to email Dr. Oz.  We need a big response and maybe

he'll do more. With Dr. Oz's popularity, winning him over could be the

tipping point for us.  Please, please write to him so he gets an idea

of how many chronic Lyme patients there are.

Let me know if you are having problems.

I only lurk but was thrilled to see a national media outlet discussing

chronic Lyme. My positive test came from the lab in California

mentioned on the show. I have spent thousands of out of pocket

dollars, like all of you. I did write to Dr. Oz via the Oprah website

and I hope and pray he does a piece on Oprah about this. Now there's

some clout.

Thank you so much for posting this.
