Guest guest
For the recordI started LDN May, 09. The first few weeks, I slept and slept and slept. Now, I sleep about six hours, then let the dog out and go to the bathroom. Back to bed, and I sleep another two hours. I also take a nap after lunch.I have lost 10 lbs. I was a little chubby at 130 lbs, but better at 120. LDN changed my appetite. I get hungry but lose interest in my food more quickly.I am 69 y.o, with fibro, chronic fatigue syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, vitiligo, hypertension, hypothyroidism, and thick blood. LDN made the RA & vitiligo go away and lessened some of my fibro symptoms. I am on meds for my thyroid & high blood pressure and just started phlebotomy schedule for the thick blood (high platelets, high red blood cells, high fibrin, high ferritin). It's been stated and we need to remember. LDN is not a stand alone treatment. Barbara Lochner 828-505-1663
