I have a cohort who is treating a patient (don’t know the condition) : elevation of liver enzymes AST/ALT (from normal to 400s) in few months on LDN (slowly tapered up from 1.5 to 4.5 mg)? The patient clinically improved so much, all focal neuro deficit symptoms are gone, but LFT spiked up.She is also on Progesterone, NAC, Estrodim, and our classics :EPA/DHA, Vit D, AplhaBAse, adaptogensNO prescription meds.
