Oh and one more thing! am 2 months into LDN....sleep is HORRIBLE....have mild

hot flashes (complete hysterectomy 9 years ago...no hot flashes for years)....am

at 3.5 dosage. Should I increase it? decrease it? be patient and see what

happens after a few months?
